We would like to welcome new Ramada Albany’s GM Jacqui Cheal.
With many years’ experience in the Tourism industry starting out as a Travel Agent and Tour Guide through to managing many Properties, Jacqui has experienced all aspects of providing high customer service standards for both Leisure and Corporate Clients.
Some earlier roles have been as CRM and BDM for Stage and Screen Travel working closely with the Film and Music Industries. Moving forward, she was the General Manager of the 5 Star Paihia Beach Resort and Spa, heading the team to achieve NZ’s Leading Resort Award in 2005.
Other roles have been to open The Sentinel Apartments on Auckland’s North Shore and as General Manager of the Nautilus Apartments in Orewa. In between she has been contracted to evaluate and find solutions for smaller motel businesses and has owned her own Property Management Rights Business in Auckland’s Viaduct area. Jacqui’s main focus is to lead a team committed to provide a high level of guest service and is looking forward to working with the Ramada Group.]]>
