The Ramada NZPGA Seniors Golf Event, which was held last week in Christchurch, was a fantastic 3 days of golf in Christchurch, with the event being played at Bottle lake / Waitikari Golf Courses.
Big thank you goes to Michael for his time and expert caddie tips during the rounds / and to Craig (The Man) Richards, whom on the first day blitz an amazing 78 to with the Stapleford Comp on day 1.
Tim Elliott scored a one under par 70 today at Waitikiri in Christchurch to win the 2017 Ramada Suites NZPGA Senior Championship. Elliott won by five strokes from Brad Burns on 219 and a further stroke behind was Chamberlain Park professional James Kupa and David Good. The weather turned to a constant drizzle today but players were not complaining as it was providing a welcome relief for the fire fighters on the Port Hills. David Good won the Super Seniors (over 65) at 70 years of age and Christchurch professional Wayne Davies finished in second place.

Tim Elliott wins the NZPGA Senior Championship
